Board of Directors

Clifford M. Rhee has served as President and CEO and a director of our company since February 2010. Mr. Rhee is a graduate from McGill University in Mechanical Engineering and Certified Management Accounting program (C.M.A). Mr. Rhee is a registered professional engineer. From 1986 to 2009, Mr. Rhee held executive positions with several multi-national corporations whereby he was responsible for strategic business initiatives including mergers & acquisitions, turnarounds and growth. In 2004, Mr. Rhee led a private investment group that acquired Thomas Equipment from McCain Foods Ltd., that eventually led to public listing on the American Stock Exchange. (AMEX: THM). Mr. Rhee was featured on the front cover of the Financial Post in February 2006.  Mr. Rhee successfully completed 14 strategic M&A transactions valued at more than $127 million and was responsible for managing annual revenues of more than $200 million. Mr. Rhee serves as an independent director to Vermeer Korea (Construction equipment), Samsung Group (Industrial Products) and Oncidium Health Group (Medical services).

 

Jerome M. Feldman has been a director of our company since February 2010, and Chairman of the Board since April 27, 2010. Since 2002, Mr. Feldman has been a principal in Capital Solutions Group, LLC, an asset-based lending organization.  The firm has been responsible for arranging loans in excess of $300 million.  Prior thereto, he had been an investment banker for over 25 years, responsible for the investment banking operations of a variety of mid-sized broker-dealers. During his time on Wall Street, he was involved in raising over $200 million in a variety of public and private offerings. Since 2000, Mr Feldman has served as a member of the board of directors of Magna Lab, Inc., a publicly traded company.  Mr. Feldman obtained a JD degree from Brooklyn Law School and an LLM degree from New York University School of Law.

 

David Cohen has served as a director of our company since 2006.  He was Chairman of the Board until April 27, 2010.  He has extensive experience in the securities markets, corporate finance, and corporate consulting for publicly traded companies. As an advisor for various investment banks and brokerages from 1996 to 2008, Mr. Cohen specialized in the small and micro-cap markets. He arranged financings in the public and private equity markets for emerging companies in a variety of industries. From December 2000 to January 2003, he was a Principal / Branch Manager at Wachovia Securities, Inc. in Southern Florida. Mr. Cohen earned his Bachelor’s degree from Pace University in New York City.

 

Haim Ifrah has served as a director of our company since February 2010.  He is currently the Chief Technical Officer at Charity Bids LLC and, since 2000, has been the owner of a Toronto-based information technology firm.  Prior to that, Mr. Ifrah worked at CSI Consulting Inc. as Lead Network Engineer.  Mr. Ifrah has more than 15 years’ experience in the network and technology sector.  Mr. Ifrah holds certifications in Microsoft and Novell Network Engineering.

 

Glenn Henricksen, is a founding partner of CIF Hong Kong Limited and Asia Technology Management (ATM), consulting firms that advise corporations, banks and non-bank financial institutions in the Asian and EMEA region. The consulting services include designing and implementing in-depth and best-practices policies and procedures in treasury management, investment management, credit and market risk management processes and preparing companies for equity and debt financing. Prior to founding CIF and ATM, Mr. Henricksen was employed by the African Development Bank to start its fixed rate investment unit. His responsibilities included liability measurement, asset allocation, and trade execution of the G7 fixed rate investment portfolio. Prior to that time, Mr. Henricksen was the Hong Kong based risk manager for Bear Stearns for all Asian derivative, credit and currency businesses. He also had global responsibilities for high-grade corporate bonds, convertible and asset swap books, and was responsible for negotiating and structuring workouts of derivative and debt exposures in the Asian market. Prior to Bear Stearns, Mr. Henricksen was a principal with BlackRock Financial Management where he managed corporate bond and securitized asset portfolios Currently he is also a director of Agrisolar Solutions Inc, a company engaged in the development and sale of solar products for agriculture. Mr. Henricksen received a BS/MBA degree from State University of New York at Buffalo in 1982. He is a US citizen, permanent resident of Hong Kong.

 

Management

Stephen Lee has served as our General Manager and Vice-President of Manufacturing since February 2010. He has extensive experience in the electronics high tech industry, and is the key person in integrating the necessary resources in mobile TV broadcast and electronic manufacturing to pursue the market in Mobile TV.  He was the former founder of Decontra Electronics Ltd, and he worked closely with the broadcast industry in China when serving as Director and Vice president for Asia for Acucomm and previously Artel, both companies are in the high speed data and video transmission business.  Prior to that Mr. Lee served with Encore Computers as Managing Director for Asia, President for Norplex/Oak Pacific, General Manager for Computervision,  Production Manager for Fairchild Semiconductor.  Mr. Lee has a degree in Engineering and undertook studies in management and business administration.

 

D.S. Moon has served as our Chief Financial Officer since February 2010.  Mr. Moon has extensive investment and commercial banking experience spanning 20 years. Prior to joining our company, he held various senior positions with international banks. Mr. Moon has a degree in accounting and business administration.
