The Company continues to explore other applications for its virtual projection product, i.e. the virtual keyboards are currently sold and used in hospitals and medical clinics to prevent the spread of bacteria and viruses.

CTX Virtual Technologies Inc. is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of State of Delaware.

The company has two operating subsidiaries;

Celluon Technology Holdings Ltd. – A Canadian corporation engaged in design and manufacturing of virtual 3-D electronic projection.

Kaibida International Limited – A HK based company in the business of manufacturing PDA, Smartphone and other telecommunication devices.

The Company intends to combine its intellectual property in virtual projection technology with Smartphone manufacturing capabilities to produce a world’s first embedded projection keyboard and other virtual data input device to a hand held mobile phone.

MISEETX

CTX Technologies has developed the worlds first fully integrated mini computer MISEETX incorporating all virtual input and output components into an extremely small footprint running Windows XP, Android or the latest Windows 7 platform. MISEETX is WiFi enabled and capable of displaying images in High Definition up to 1280 by 800 at 1080i with image sizes up to 66 inches in wide screen format. The extremely quiet design and small form factor make MiSee TX the perfect travel companion where the full power of a computer is needed in a compact environment.

 

Multi-Touch Technologies

CTX Technologies has developed a multi-touch technology platform to be integrated in automotive and other commercial applications. The new applications being developed are used in conjunction with our projection technologies to create completely unique touch applications capable of being scaled to any size.

Embedded Virtual Keyboard

Utilizing proprietary technology, we are developing new product lines that we believe will enhance the versatility of Smartphones, PCs and other consumer electronics. We are developing a first-to-market, innovative semiconductor chip designed to be embedded and built into Smartphones to allow for the projection of a fully functional virtual keyboard for Smartphone users (the “Smartphone Virtual Keyboard”). The current prototype design, which utilizes 3-D laser projection technology, incorporates a micro pattern projector, infrared light source and sensor module.
